I miss the time when the guy I love randomly calls just to hear my voice, tell me he misses me, or just to sing 'Have I told you lately that i love you' when I was only 2 hours away from him that weekend.
And you, I still remember the first day we were together. You called just to say goodnight, yeah how sweet. Sadly now it turns out that you'll call only when you needed something.
Now that I am more mature, I am beginning to understand why I keep my relationship short before, cos if you're with the same person for too long, you just forget. The sparks are gone.
Everything eventually becomes a routine and you will not be able to differentiate between needs and wants anymore. That's what I usually found on the next guy that the previous one doesn't, the sparks. It wasn't getting bored of the same person, just getting too familiar with the routine. Like it is normal for your girl to say that she needs to talk to you, she needs you or she need help. You know it's gonna be just the normal stuffs so you choose to ignore cos it has been part of your fucking routine.
Now help me understand why I am stuck with the same guy for more than two years. Is it me getting older?
